1 Introduction & Consent

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the nbaj platform and its users ("you" or "player"). By using our services through the nbaj website, mobile app, or any other medium, you are fully and unconditionally agreeing to these Terms.

nbaj is a safe and reliable online betting and casino platform operated for Bangladeshi players. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To create an account and use nbaj's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ — for adults only).
• You must play in your own name and from your own account; playing on behalf of others is prohibited.
• You must have a valid and active banking or mobile financial service account.
• You must confirm that you have not previously been banned or suspended by nbaj.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete personal information when creating an account. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or closed, and deposited funds may not be returned.

3.2 Password & Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. If any unauthorized access to your account occurs, you must notify our support team immediately. nbaj is not responsible for any loss arising from authorized or unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

nbaj may request proof of your identity, address, or payment method at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until this verification process is complete. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving license, along with proof of your current address.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

The approved methods for depositing funds at nbaj are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited and any such deposit will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within one hour. You must use the same payment method for withdrawals that you used to make your deposit.

• Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, nbaj reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500; or if you deposit ৳8,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each player may claim a specific bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings from the bonus may be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been met.
• nbaj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the bonus program at any time.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempts to collect bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
• Some games may not contribute to bonus wagering calculations, or may contribute only partially — see the specific bonus terms for details.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

nbaj operates a five-tier VIP program for its regular players. Weekly cashback and special benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Through regular and active play you can advance to higher VIP tiers. nbaj reserves the right to determine and change VIP tiers at its discretion.

7 Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbaj platform and will result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus fraud, collusion, or gaining an unfair advantage with the help of any group or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or improperly modify the platform's software.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or any other software.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other players.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account.

If any of the above activities are proven, nbaj reserves the right to confiscate all deposits, bonuses, and winnings, and to notify the relevant authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

nbaj takes responsible gambling very seriously. We believe that gaming is for entertainment, and if anyone feels that gambling is having a negative impact on their life, we are ready to provide support.

• Any player may set deposit limits, loss limits, or session time limits on their account.
• Through the self-exclusion feature, an account can be temporarily closed for a specified period.

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Account Closure & Termination

• Failure to complete identity verification.
